Inclusion Criteria

• Group A
  • Age > 18 years
  • Negative HIV test
  • FEV1/FVC ratio more than 70%
• Group B
  • Age > 18 years
  • Negative HIV test
  • FEV1/FVC ratio less than 70%
• Group C
  • Age > 18 years
  • Positive HIV test
  • FEV1/FVC ratio more than 70%
• Group D
  • Age > 18 years
  • Positive HIV test
  • FEV1/FVC ratio less than 70%

Exclusion Criteria

• Any person who, at the discretion of the investigators, will not be able to complete the study requirements
